Launch Week in Photos
What a fun week! Thank you so much for your incredible support.
Here’s a photo recap. And this is kind of like the girl who is engaged forever. Or, the ice bucket challenge. At some point – you’re going to wish this book will go off your radar. Ha!
I appreciate you helping get a very important message out there. Laughter over lectures. Let’s invite our kids into the game and let them experience the goodness. Our kids can actually enjoy learning to serve, give, love and more.
Kicked off week on Good Day Orlando – here’s the clip.
Not too late to enter the #FunnyFaceWins contest – more details here. HUGE prizes including a weekend getaway for your and your husband. Oh, and a Tory Burch purse. There’s that.
LOVED speaking to the Circle Christian parent meeting. They were so gracious and laughed at my jokes and props and blew me away with all they purchased. I loved having my biggest supporter by my side. Ron has been more than incredible during a challenging yet fulfilling few years.
Linda Werner is a mentor, a neighbor, a cheerleader and the founder of Circle Christian. God blessed my socks off when he moved me next door to this incredible leader.
Thursday night was my book signing at Barnes N Noble. I just love this – captures the beautiful mess. My girls signing with me. The imperfect table of stuff everywhere. They even sassed me in front of a crowd. Real life.
I cannot tell you how each person that came up those escalators touched my heart. My girls teachers were there which made their hearts sing.
My agent to friends I have met in my community to the staff at Middleton Pediatrics. I love just getting to know people and making sure they know this is a TEAM project. Not about me.
Amazing blogger and new Orlando resident Emily Osburne was there!
Let’s not forget my precious friends who know how to make me feel loved. They participate in the photo booth and put on the head gear. Knowing full well they will be on a blog post. Love you guys!
I couldn’t believe how many of you got shipments like this – to do your own giveaways or give as Christmas gifts. Humbling.
Ending up the week in a full circle moment. Got to hear my sweet friend Lysa speak at Women of Faith and sneak backstage with her and my friend Stacey Thacker. Thank her again for inviting me to She Speaks and suggesting I write a book. She is so dear, so real, so inspiring.
What a week! You guys seriously blew me away.
So much support.
So much love.
So many tweets.
So much encouragement.
So many sweet God moments.
So many surreal moments like this…
This week is fairly low key, but quite special. I will do morning chapel with my girl. Talk to the Lower School on Thursday with a short message and Ella will kick it off with prayer. So fun.
Then, we will leave on for a week in Atlanta and end up in AUBURN!
You are invited to both!
Atlanta – October 23 at 7 pm at Grace Midtown
Auburn – October 25 2 hours before kickoff at University Bookstore
RSVP for me if you don’t mind!
God is awesome!!!
Courtney, I am SOOOO proud of you. I know hearts and families and homes will be changed through God’s Word as shared through the pages of your book!! Love all these pictures and celebrations. May God continue to mightily bless this book as it goes out into the market!!
